Internet Banking
When purchasing goods from the setauto.lv online store, you can pay using the internet banking services of the following banks:
- AS “Swedbank”
- AS “SEB banka”
- AS ”Luminor Bank”
Note: Each of the above banks may apply its own fees for payments using its online banking services.
How to pay for an order using online banking services:
- After filling in the order and personal details, select payment through the "Paysera" payment system.
- Setauto.lv will redirect you to the "Paysera" payment page, where you can choose to pay for your order using online banking services and your bank.
- "Paysera" will transfer you to the bank's page and provide the payment amount data to the electronic banking system.
- On the electronic bank page, log in as usual. The system will already have created a transfer for the selected goods.
- After confirming the payment, the electronic banking services page will close, and you will be automatically returned to the setauto.lv website.
Note: The connection data for electronic banking services is used only to connect to the bank's web page. They are not stored or passed on to setauto.lv or third parties.
How to pay for an order using a "Paysera" account:
- After filling in the order and personal details, select payment through the "Paysera" payment system.
- Setauto.lv will redirect you to the "Paysera" payment page, where you can choose to pay for your order using your "Paysera" account.
- You can pay for the goods in two ways: by logging into your "Paysera" account or using the "Paysera" mobile app by scanning the QR code.
- After completing the payment, the page will close, and you will be automatically returned to the setauto.lv website. You will be notified of the successful payment by email.

Can't find your chosen country on the list? We are sorry, but this means that delivery to your country is currently not possible.
Please note that we only deliver to continental European countries.
What are the possible delivery methods?
- Home delivery through your chosen courier service
- Delivery to parcel lockers or pickup points *
- Self-pickup **
* Parcels are stored in parcel lockers for 5 calendar days. If you do not pick up the parcel, it will be returned to the seller.
** Please note that self-pickup is only possible within the seller's country, i.e., the Republic of Latvia. You can collect your item only after receiving confirmation that your parcel is ready for pickup.
The courier may ask you to help unload parcels heavier than 31.5 kg.
When will I receive my parcel?
Once you have paid for your basket, the company will quickly pack your goods. When the company has packed and handed over the parcel to your chosen courier service, you will receive an email with a tracking link at the email address provided in your order. Click on the link to see your parcel's route. You will be notified by SMS when your parcel has arrived at your chosen parcel locker or pickup point.
Delivery price and time
The delivery price and time depend on:
- The country of delivery
- The weight and dimensions of the goods
I received a damaged parcel – what should I do?
Upon receiving the parcel, please inspect the packaging. If you notice that the parcel is damaged:
- We recommend that you refuse the parcel.
- Inform the courier who delivered the parcel or the employee at the pickup point, and ask them to draw up a damage report.
- If you receive a damaged parcel, be sure to photograph the damage.
If a damaged parcel is accepted and no remarks are made in the acceptance document, the parcel will be considered delivered without damage. If you notice that the goods are damaged after unpacking the parcel, photograph them and contact our customer service department at setauto.info@gmail.com
Return Policy
When returning goods, the buyer must comply with the following conditions:
- Returned parts must be in neat packaging to prevent damage during transport.
- Spare parts must be in the same condition as received.
- The 14-day money-back guarantee starts the day after delivery.
- Returned goods must be delivered directly to the company's warehouse. You can do this yourself or with the help of a courier by filling out the return form below.
- Returned parts must be handed over to the courier within 5 working days of submitting the return form on the setauto.lv website. Delays in delivering goods mean that the guarantee will no longer be valid.
- The setauto.lv return guarantee does not cover expenses exceeding the total order value (goods plus delivery).
